What I love about Forward-Facing is it’s functionality, practicality, honesty, and compassion -The ingredients that were missing in my long journey to healing, and which I finally met with Forward-Facing. Life is so different now, and as a Forward-Facing Coach, Yoga Therapist and Somatic Worker my mission is to help you make real progress on your path, as you learn to gently re-shape the nervous and supporting systems to create an internal sense of safety and emotional regulation, whilst discovering your inherent wisdom, capacity, and core values so that you can live into your best life with grace and intentionality.
