Poy de Lara is a Trauma-Informed Recovery and Resilience Coach, consultant, and systems builder dedicated to helping individuals, professionals, and communities honor survival, expand capacity, and build sustainable recovery.

As the Founder of UDRiVe Group Philippines and a pioneering force behind Trauma-Informed Philippines 2030, Poy’s work bridges personal healing, professional resilience, and community transformation through trauma-responsive education, recovery coaching, and leadership development.

With specialized focus in trauma and resiliency, addiction recovery, burnout and compassion fatigue, empowerment self-defense, and religious trauma recovery, Poy integrates lived insight, professional training, and multidisciplinary frameworks to support people navigating survival adaptation, nervous system stress, and long-term recovery.

Poy is a member of Recovery Coaches Canada, the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, and the International Association of Empowerment Self-Defense Professionals. He is also a Forward-Facing® Coach and Consultant, bringing trauma-informed and salutogenic approaches into coaching, workshops, and organizational training.

Through one-on-one coaching, workshops, public speaking, and systems-level advocacy, Poy equips survivors, helping professionals, leaders, and organizations with practical strategies for resilience, regulation, and sustainable transformation.
