We are thrilled to have developed a framework called โForward Facing MEโ to teach self-regulation skills in a peer-to-peer format under the direction of our Founders, Dr. Gentry and Jenny Brackman!
This group is a powerful, transformational experience that runs for 90 minutes for 6 weeks in a live, virtual group setting, and teaches the skills you need to stay on course so you can be who you really want to be…all within a safe space.ย You dive right in and are guided in how to create your own โCode of Honorโ that you intentionally choose to live by, hone in on your personal mission statement, and learn to move through the difficulties of any situation with integrity.
As the weeks pass, youโll realize that you can regain comfort and control of yourself- no matter the external conditions you face.ย Participants share their wins from the week and navigate their challenges so they can approach their life differently.
