Dr. Eric Gentry, one of the world’s most respected trauma therapists, has said for years that 80% of what he does with his clients can be done by a paraprofessional.
In 2020, he and Jenny Brackman spent a year synthesizing that 80% into a standardized coaching protocol.
Now we have coaches across the world, helping their clients experience a degree of post-traumatic growth they never thought possible
Our training program is unlike any other when it comes to trauma-informed coaching.
Competency-based
There are a lot of certification programs out there. Most certify knowledge. We’re different. We certify competency. We stand behind you and provide ongoing support and mentorship.
Relationally-oriented
We don’t put a bunch of you into a zoom room and call that “live time.” Instead, we let you learn at your own pace initially so that we can prioritize one-on-one learning and application directly with us during your practicum.
